Our cancellation policy for classes is as follows:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled class may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled class are not eligible for a refund
• Giftnavida reserves the right to cancel classes with notice to registered participants
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Giftnavida and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.
Our total liability for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Giftnavida during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Giftnavida and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.
